PORT COOGEE RESIDENCE

ESTETICA was engaged to collaborate on this remarkable three-storey residence situated along the canal, providing expertise in Colour Selection Services and Furniture Curation. The client’s brief was clear: to create a warm, inviting, and highly liveable home that balances elegance with comfort.

The design palette was thoughtfully developed around the standout feature of the home—the striking terrazzo tiles, which became the cornerstone of the project. These bold tiles informed many of the design decisions, with rich timber finishes and marble surfaces incorporated to add depth, texture, and a sense of understated luxury.

When curating the furniture, we took a deliberate approach to enhance the architectural elements of the home. Warm biscuit tones were selected to complement the rich timber accents, while khaki, brass, and taupe hues were layered into the scheme to create a cohesive and harmonious look. These choices blend effortlessly with the home’s interior architecture, delivering a modern aesthetic that remains cozy and welcoming.

The result is a sophisticated yet comfortable canal-side retreat, where every detail has been meticulously considered to reflect the homeowners’ lifestyle and vision.
