At ESTETICA DESIGN STUDIO, we take immense pride in our role in crafting five exquisite apartments in the heart of Dunsborough. Four of these residences were meticulously designed as short-stay accommodations, seamlessly integrating the warm hues of the Karri forests with an elevated sense of luxury. Each space is a testament to tactile sophistication, where the delicate interplay of various materials and textures creates a dynamic interaction with light.

The fifth apartment, designated for our clients' personal use, embodies a distinct design philosophy. Here, we embraced natural elements with elegant terrazzo benchtops and a vibrant palette, while showcasing the work of local artists for a truly unique touch.
